For Clubs submitting rosters to HDSA, please note that all information (including player photos) needs to be added before approval is completed by the District. Once the team is approved, edits cannot be made. Therefore the player and staff photos must be uploaded before approval. This is only for teams that require player cards (i.e. competitive teams or those traveling out of district).
